Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern DORIS™ relationship with you in relation to this website.

    3. not sharing or distributing outside of the CCG other content on DORIS that has been prepared by the CCG and other local health care providers without authorisation, unless the information is clearly for patient use - such as details of patient help lines and voluntary bodies, patient leaflets and self-referral information.

In instances where practices use a generic e-mail address and login it is the responsibility of the practice to ensure that all users are aware of and have agreed to the Terms and Conditions that appear at initial login A hard copy may be downloaded from within DORIS (search on 'DORIS Terms and Conditions') and signed by individual members of staff who use the generic login.
  7. Practice managers or a DORIS administrator within the practice should ensure that users who leave their practice for an area outside the CCG are removed as DORIS users and from the DORIS database.
  8. Users are required to inform ask.doris@nhs.net if they are no longer associated with the CCG, its constituent practices or other local healthcare providers.
  9. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
